To export any electronic gaming equipment in Russia a provider need to get a TR CU Certificate for this equipment (certificate of compliance to the technical regulations of the Customs Union: TR CU 004/2011 “On safety of low-voltage equipment” and TR CU 020/2011 “On electromagnetic compatibility of technical devices”). This certificate is called “declaration of correspondence”.
Also, Russian tax authorities demand a special pack of documentation from the casino operators, a part of this pack is a certificate for gaming equipment. This certificate confirms the compliance to the requirements of the gambling legislation of Russian Federation, such as average payout percentage, randomness of games, absence of undocumented facilities etc. Our company acting field is testing and certifying of gaming equipment and giving certificates for gaming equipment.
